CLOMA's Vision for the Future of Resource Circulation Systems
In addressing the issue of marine plastic waste, it is crucial to create a society where plastic resources circulate to prevent any more plastic waste from flowing into the ocean than currently experienced. In "CLOMA CITY", (1) companies develop products and services with resource circulation in mind, (2) local governments provide services and spaces that facilitate waste separation and collection, and (3) citizens participate in waste separation and collection, and reuse and repair items for further use.
